Shanquella Robinson was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, when

According to Salamondra, the 25-year-old hairstylist from Charlotte, North Carolina, traveled on October 28 with a group of seven friends to commemorate a birthday. According to Salamondra, Shanquella's acquaintances claimed that alcohol poisoning was the cause of her daughter's demise. The mother, however, said that the FBI and the Mexican government gave her a different account.

The video was first published by a North Carolina blog. The blog named a few acquaintances they said were with Shanquella on the trip to Cabo when she passed away. The blog named one man as Nazeer Wiggins, who claimed to have been on the Cabo trip but refuted the blog's claims. assert that he was to blame for her demise. Wiggins said on Instagram that his arrival in Cabo came as a result of the group's need for medical care. "HOW TF AM I HIDING SOMETHING ABOUT WHICH I AM JUST AS BLIND AS YOU ALL! " He stated on Tuesday night in an Instagram story. I went to celebrate my birthday but ended up having the worst day of my life.
