'Drunk' policeman mocked by kids for supposedly passing out in the middle of the road (video)

 After apparently dozing off while on duty, a uniformed police officer was captured on camera being teased by young children.The policeman is seen allegedly intoxicated sitting on a culvert with his head cocked forward in a video that has been circulated online.

Two kids can be seen giggling and making fun of him in front of him, but the officer doesn't seem to notice and keeps nodding off.
